Cancellation Policy



The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract before or after the finalization of the order, at any time.
In order to exercise the right to cancel/withdraw the order, the following specific procedure should be followed:

  • The COMPANY should be informed via e-mail at about the relevant decision, stating " ORDER CANCELLATION & the order code".
  • The COMPANY, upon receiving the cancellation statement, will refund the money only if the time of the Cancellation is before the time that the supplier of the respective service states that it accepts cancellation with a refund.
    The time indicated by the supplier of the respective service for cancellation with refund is visible to the CUSTOMER throughout the duration of the reservation.
    In case of cancellation due to an unforeseeable factor such as bad weather, natural disasters, earthquake, war, failure of electricity supply, failure of water supply and other related or due to the fault of the supplier of the respective service, the COMPANY will return the money to the CUSTOMER.

The refund to the customer will be made with the same payment method used for the reservation. Any interbank costs during the return are borne exclusively by the CUSTOMER.
