Vanato

The Municipal Store of the Arcadia Unit is located in Vanato. The provincial road Zakynthos - Volimes passes through Vanato and connects with several provincial roads that lead to the tourist area of Planos - Tsilivi. It has a population of 820 inhabitants. It produces various vegetables, raisins, wine and has olive groves, since this is also in the plain of Zakynthos, in the center of the island. In the village there is a Gymnasium and the Primary School of Kampos. A Garden Theater operates in Avriakos, where musical and theatrical performances are presented every year.
