"Paliomylos" is located in Louha, one of the only villages of Zakynthos that remain true to tradition, both architecturally and ethically, with buildings over 300 years old. Our food is prepared with pure ingredients from Zakynthos and beyond. Fresh vegetables, pure virgin olive oil and first-class meats are the ingredients of our cuisine. And there, at certain moments when the wind gets stronger and the soul calms down, you can listen to the rustling of the sails and the screeching of the antennae of the old mill.
