About Management - Villa Olivea

Villa Olivea is a brand new villa situated in Lagopodo area, in a quiet location, yet close (just 10 mins by car) from Zante town, Laganas & Kalamaki area. It covers 132 sq. m. , spreads in two levels and can accommodate up to 9 guests in its 3 bedrooms. villa combines modern style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful & comfortable holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends!

The whole villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, as following:
1st bedroom: King size (1,60x2,00m) bed (for 2 guests)
2nd bedroom: King size (1,60x2,00m) bed (for 2 guests)
3rd bedroom: Single beds (0,90x2,00m), which coould also be merged and form a king size one using a double top mattress if needed (for 2 guests)
Living room (ground floor): 1 single sofa bed
Living room (1st floor): 2 single sofa beds

First Floor
Entering the villa on the first floor there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a LED TV with Netflix, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. There is also one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this floor.

Second Floor
Reaching the second floor through a staircase guests can find a small kitchenette - living room and two more bedrooms: one with a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00) and the other one with 2 single beds (which coould also be merged and form a king size one using a double top mattress if needed).
Another bathroom is also found on the same floor.
All the areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned.

Villa Olivea is located in a quiet and secluded area, away from the main road, enabling you to enjoy your holidays in peace & total privacy.
The delightful outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation, which include:
- A 38 sq. m. (4,5x8,5m) private swimming pool with a depth of 1,40m (and also a shallow part of approx. 0,40m where you could put the sunbeds inside or used as a kid's pool)
- BBQ
- Comfortable sun beds & umbrellas
- Outdoor sitting area
- Parking space for cars
The whole outdoor area is fully fenced.
The whole villa is private and used only by the guests.
