About ANTA - Finding the Cave of the Virgin Mary
A visit to the historic Monastery of Panagia Spileotissa. We walk for 30 minutes on the path that leads to the cave where the icon of the Virgin Mary was found and 30 minutes to return to the Monastery. We tour the Monastery grounds and enjoy an exquisite meal of Monastery cuisine. For those whose hiking is demanding, can stay in the territory of the Monastery, talk to the nuns, pray and enjoy the wonderful view of a protected sacred place.
