About Villa Matina

You are invited in a unique villa in Agios Sostis. In villa Matina we are happy to accommodate you and your beloved ones and make our best so that you enjoy the most of your stay. This wonderful private pool property with its bright and airy rooms and a unique contemporary decor will take your vacation to the next level. Situated in Agios Sostis where you can find shopping, dining and nightlife options close at a hand. This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The entrance opens to the living room with the open type fully equipped kitchen on your right. The living room offers 2 double sofa beds which can be used for 2 guests. Right next to the kitchen you will find the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, as well as air-conditioning and smart TV. A small hallway leads to the other two bedrooms and shared bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second one has 2 single beds that can be joined into one king. The decoration is simple, modern and cozy, whereas all bedrooms offer air-conditioning.

The exterior space is big and you will feel relaxed and joyful doing a barbecue or having your drink next to the unique round pool, under the sun.

In a distance of only 350 metres from Laganas sandy beach, villa Matina is the ultimate peaceful base for your holidays. Laganas tourist resort, well known for its nightlife, restaurants, shops, mini markets, clubs and bars is in a very short distance from the accommodation.

Our tip: Don’t miss a visit in Marathonisi island with its clear blue waters and sandy beach.

A visit at Zante town is not to be missed as you will meet the traditional Zakynthos way of life, while explore the suburbs and visit Bochali, Gerakas, Dafni and the North part of the island.
